Job summary

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a PR & Guest Experience Executive (Saudi National Talent) to support the resort's marketing, PR and guest experience initiatives under the Marketing and Communications Director.

You will coordinate media visits, craft authentic local stories, and help develop cultural events, influencer outreach, and on-property experiences that showcase the destination and strengthen guest delight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support resort PR and communications activities with the Director, agency, media and internal teams.
• Coordinate media, influencer and creator visits from planning to on-property experience.
• Build familiarity with Saudi media, creators and local communities for authentic stories.
• Develop and coordinate guest experiences, cultural rituals and special programming.
• Contribute to social and digital storytelling with compelling content.
• Maintain PR and Guest Experience calendars, contacts, briefs, assets and reports.
• Assist with daily marketing operations as required.
