Job summary

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a PR & Guest Experience Executive (Saudi National Talent) to support the resort's PR and guest experience initiatives under the Marketing leadership. You will coordinate media visits, craft authentic stories, and help shape cultural programming to enhance the guest journey.

You will collaborate with the PR agency and internal teams to manage calendars, briefs and assets, contributing to social storytelling and daily marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong interest in public relations, communications, guest experience, media relations, social media and content creation.
• Creative and curious mindset with ability to identify engaging stories and moments.

Responsibilities

• Support PR and communications activities under the Director of Marketing and Communications.
• Coordinate media, influencer and creator visits with the agency and on-property teams.
• Develop authentic stories about the resort and destination for press and social channels.
• Support guest experiences, cultural rituals and special programming with Marketing and Operations teams.
• Contribute to social and digital storytelling by spotting moments and people for content.
• Maintain PR and Guest Experience calendars, contacts, briefs, assets and reports.
