Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in the Power Utilities market.
• Strong expertise in Protection Relays, Substation Automation Systems (SAS), and Telecommunication/Communication Solutions.
• Proven experience in sales and business development for HV/MV substations and power distribution networks.
• Strong understanding of power utility customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and other key market stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and drive sustainable business growth.
• Experience in managing complex tenders, consortiums, and partnership-based business models.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and close strategic opportunities.
• Knowledge of digitalization solutions and their application in power utility networks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate complete electrical networks in Power Distribution particularly in MV 11kV to 33kV networks.
• Have in-depth knowledge of HV/MV Substations Electrical network requirements.
• Shall have extensive knowledge of proposing fit digitalization solution based on Customer needs.
• Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and contribute to their execution.
• Build and enhance customer relationships which enables repetitive business.
• Drive core sales strategy and growth initiatives within the region.
• Evolve various business models like JV’s/Silent Consortium/Open Consortium options depending on the Customer requirements.
