Job summary

Surbana Jurong seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead HV and MV substation projects in Saudi Arabia. You will guide design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with utilities, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires strong project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with deep knowledge of substations, protection, and SCADA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in electrical power or substation projects.
• Proven experience delivering HV and MV substation projects.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Manage client, utility, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to clients and management.
• Lead project meetings and resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Support multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
