Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in electrical power or substation projects.
• Proven experience delivering HV and MV substation projects.
• Strong knowledge of substations, protection & control, SCADA, and related infrastructure.
• Experience with utilities, contractors, and major infrastructure clients.
• Strong PM, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi regulations and approval processes preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of HV and MV substation projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Manage client, utility, contractor, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, relevant standards, and regulatory approvals.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to clients and management.
• Lead project meetings and resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Support multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
