Job summary

Jenwa in Medina is looking for a skilled control room operator to oversee power generation systems. You will operate and adjust control systems to optimize performance, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical discipline, with at least 5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years as a CCR Operator in O&M of combined cycle power plants. Proficiency in English is required; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years total experience with 3+ years as a CCR Operator in O&M of combined cycle power plants.
• Strong understanding of combined cycle power generation processes.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor power generation systems including turbines and electrical operations.
• Operate control systems to optimize plant performance.
• Adjust generation levels according to real-time demand.
• Maintain records of operational parameters and performance metrics.
• Provide training to junior operators.
