Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Design Manager for Power Infrastructure in Riyadh to lead the planning, coordination, and technical assessment of localized distribution networks and substations. You will review layouts, optimize cable routes, and coordinate with contractors to ensure schedule alignment with the wider utility masterplan.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in power utility delivery, strong MV distribution experience, and is proficient with GIS and Primavera for scheduling and tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in power utility delivery systems.
• Strong background in localized power distribution infrastructure.
• Proficiency with GIS platforms and Primavera scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Assess proposed localized power distribution networks and substation layouts.
• Review layouts against development plans, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate construction sequencing and contractor interfaces.
• Maintain programme trackers and support Stage Gate documentation.
