Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a western accredited university.
• Minimum 20 years’ experience in project management with PMO leadership.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in western countries.
• Thorough knowledge of professional project management processes and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive best practices across the PMO with policy, process, and procedure development.
• Strengthen QA, risk management, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Ensure consistent stage-gate application and performance monitoring across projects.
• Lead capability development and data-driven performance analysis.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement operational initiatives and KPI development.
• Review bidder quality submissions and maintain PMIS reporting.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and dashboards for project governance.
• Oversee timely, accurate PMIS data input and monthly performance reviews.
• Provide support and supervision to project teams and line management.
