Job summary

Dallah Health in Saudi Arabia seeks a Health Performance Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret performance data, and to develop regular KPI reports that benchmark progress against targets.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic goals, implement improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma, and ensure alignment with accreditation standards while communicating outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; master's preferred.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing healthcare data and implementing performance improvements.
• Familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare performance data to assess organizational effectiveness.

Collect analyze and interpret healthcare performance data to assess organizational effectiveness Develop and present regular performance reports including key performance indicators KPIs trends and benchmarks to leadership Identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency patient care and operational performance

Master s degree in a related field is a plus. At least 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, performance improvement, or strategic planning. Demonstrated experience in analyzing healthcare data, identifying trends, and implementing performance improvement initiatives. Familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
