Job summary

Jasara PMC in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Planning Manager to lead housing and infrastructure schedules, provide strong planning leadership, and ensure timely delivery across multiple stakeholders.

You will develop and maintain integrated schedules, monitor progress, identify risks and mitigation actions, and prepare reports for leadership review. Requirements: Bachelor’s in engineering or construction management, 15 years’ planning experience, Primavera P6 expertise; Saudi-based.

As Planning Manager, you will play an important role in shaping project delivery through strong planning leadership, schedule oversight, and close collaboration across multiple stakeholders. This role is central to helping teams maintain momentum, anticipate challenges early, and provide clear visibility to leadership on progress across major housing and infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across housing and infrastructure workstreams.

• Monitor planning progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation actions.

• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to align milestones and deliverables.

• Prepare progress reports, lookaheads, and schedule recovery plans for leadership review.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.

• 15 years of planning or project scheduling experience.

• Strong experience using Primavera P6 for complex project scheduling and reporting.

• Experience with baseline schedule management, preparing lookaheads, delay analysis, earned value management, and recovery planning.

• Proven ability to coordinate with project directors, engineering and construction teams, client-side representatives, and leadership reviewing progress and recovery plans.

• Currently based in Saudi Arabia.

• Experience on residential or large-scale housing development projects, including villas and residential buildings, is a plus.

• Experience with risk and mitigation tracking is a plus.
