Job summary

JASARA PMC is building a talent pool for Construction Supervision across Saudi Arabia. The Planner role focuses on supporting project planning, reviewing contractor schedules, tracking progress, and preparing planning reports.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, have 7+ years of relevant experience, and are proficient with Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in construction supervision or consultancy preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support review and monitoring of Contractor schedules.
• Track planned versus actual progress.
• Review look-ahead schedules and progress updates.
• Collect and verify progress information from site teams.
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and schedule updates.
• Identify potential delays and elevate them to the Senior Planner.
• Maintain planning records and schedule data.
• Support schedule analysis and reporting.

Planner

Role Overview

Support project planning and progress monitoring activities, including reviewing Contractor schedules, tracking progress, and preparing planning reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Support review and monitoring of Contractor schedules.


• Track planned versus actual progress.


• Review look-ahead schedules and progress updates.


• Collect and verify progress information from site teams.


• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and schedule updates.


• Identify potential delays and elevate them to the Senior Planner.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.


• 7+ years of relevant experience.

• Good knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Power BI .


• Good analytical and communication skills.
