Job summary

JASARA is building a talent pool for Senior Planner opportunities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on managing planning and schedule monitoring for assigned packages and reviewing contractor performance against approved schedules.

Key responsibilities include reviewing baseline schedules, monitoring progress, assessing look-ahead plans and risks, preparing analysis and progress reports, and coordinating with site supervision and engineering teams to keep planning dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in construction planning and supervision consultancy.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor contractor baseline schedules and updates.
• Monitor actual progress against planned progress.
• Review look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
• Identify delays, critical activities, and potential schedule risks.
• Prepare schedule analysis and progress reports.
• Coordinate with site supervision and engineering teams to validate progress.
• Maintain project planning dashboards and schedule records.

Role Overview
Manage planning and schedule monitoring activities for the assigned project/package and review Contractor performance against approved schedules.
