Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH in Riyadh seeks a senior Construction Planner with 10+ years' experience to lead scheduling for large-scale mixed-use developments. You will update detailed programmes based on site progress, prepare look-ahead schedules, collect progress data, and verify quantities with site engineers.

Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel is required; Saudi Council of Engineers registration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of construction planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain detailed construction programmes based on verified site progress.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, two-week, and four-week look-ahead schedules.
• Collect progress data and verify reported quantities with site engineers.
• Monitor actual progress against baseline dates, milestones, and planned productivity.
• Identify delays, constraints, and potential schedule slippages.
• Prepare S-curves, manpower reports, progress dashboards, and schedule narratives.
• Support recovery planning, completion forecasting, and progress meetings.
• Ensure accurate progress measurement and critical-path monitoring.

Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.
