Job summary

A senior planning and project controls professional is sought by Aroma City Group to lead scheduling for large-scale mixed-use and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will develop and maintain schedules in Primavera P6, monitor baselines, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

The role requires 10+ years in planning and project controls, 5+ years in Saudi Arabia, and a strong track record on high-rise, hospitals, commercial, residential and hospitality schemes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in planning and project controls.
• At least 5 years in Saudi Arabia and current base in Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience on mixed-use developments, high-rise buildings, hospitals, commercial, residential and hospitality projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6; working knowledge of MS Project and Excel.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline and updated project schedules in Primavera P6 for large-scale projects.
• Monitor progress against baselines and analyse the critical path; recommend recovery actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Create S-curves and dashboards for management; review contractor programmes for compliance.
• Conduct schedule risk analyses and support Extension of Time (EOT) and claims.
• Lead planning coordination meetings and guide junior planners; coordinate with project managers and site teams.
