• Review Capital Investment Plans and project business cases.
• Ensure proposed projects align with approved master plans and strategic KPIs.
• Coordinate with government authorities, municipalities, developers, and regional stakeholders.
• Monitor implementation of regional master plans and capital programmes.
• Support GIS data integration, knowledge transfer, and strategic planning capability development.
• Review infrastructure requirements for major and mega developments.
