Job summary

sirar by stc is seeking an experienced PKI/security operations professional to manage complex IT infrastructure and PKI environments. You will work on incident remediation, audits, and client onboarding while coordinating with platform and network teams to safeguard cryptographic services.

The role requires 5–7 years in related fields, several industry certifications preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related discipline.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes related operational ceremonies.
• Conducts client onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Ensures configurations comply with applicable policies and standards.
• Generates usage reports and shares them with stakeholders and customers.
• Provides technical support to platform and network administrators to maintain PKI security.
• Leads preparation of PKI management reports for the PKI Operations Director.
• Delivers administrative training to consumer administrators.
• Supports internal audits and WebTrust audit activities.

Responsibilities:

• Executes related operational ceremonies.
• Conducts client onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Ensures timely closure of incidents and remediation of issues identified through regular assessments and reviews.
• Maintains and updates relevant operational records, including change requests, certificate management, incident registers, and incident management logs.
• Ensures configurations comply with applicable policies and standards.
• Generates usage reports and shares them with stakeholders and customers.
• Conducts regular security configuration reviews to support the PKI Architect.
• Provides technical support to platform and network administrators to maintain the security of the PKI infrastructure.
• Responds to PKI-related incidents escalated through network and platform administrators.
• Manages HSM technical installation activities with support from the PKI Operator.
• Leads the preparation of PKI management reports and submits them to the PKI Operations Director.
• Delivers administrative training to consumer administrators.
• Supports internal audits and WebTrust audit activities.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.

Skills:

• Advance knowledge in operating complex IT infrastructure.
• Advance proficiency in an IT operational environment as a security system admin.
• Advance knowledge in variety of operating systems, and a good systems administration level of experience.
• Advance proficiency in communicating effectively with a range of security professionals and to simplify complex technical issues.
• Advance proficiency in developing Java and any other major development platforms.
• Advance knowledge in major PKI and cryptography tools (e.g., OpenSSL).

Years of Experience:

5-7 years in relevant experience.

Professional Certificate :

• Certification in CCIE Security, CISM/CISSP, CRISC, CISA, ISO 27001 LA/LI is preferred.
• IT service management certifications (ITIL) and related certifications (e.g. COBIT) is preferred.

Academic Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
