Datamatics-Global-Services-Ltd in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Ping Identity Consultant to support, implement, and optimize IAM solutions using Ping Identity platform. The role focuses on SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, and identity lifecycle management within large enterprises.

You will administer PingOne/ Federate/ID/Access/Directory, manage user lifecycles, implement SSO/federation, configure MFA/passwordless, design adaptive policies, and ensure security, availability, and compliance

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong experience with Ping Identity Suite (PingOne, PingFederate, PingID, PingAccess, PingDirectory).
• Expertise in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Federated Identity solutions.
• Hands-on experience with MFA and passwordless authentication.
• Strong knowledge of adaptive and risk-based authentication.
• Experience with LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege access models.
• Experience with IAM governance, compliance, auditing, and access reviews.
• Ability to troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and identity-related issues.

• Monitor authentication and access logs, supporting compliance and audit requirements.
• Investigate and resolve IAM-related security incidents and access issues.
• Automate identity workflows using PingOne DaVinci and other orchestration tools.
• Ensure IAM platform availability, scalability, security, and performance.

Job Summary

• Experience integrating IAM solutions within large enterprise ecosystems.
• Previous experience working with Saudi organizations, government entities, or regulated industries.
• Experience working with European companies or global multinational organizations.
