Datamatics Technologies LLC is seeking a seasoned Ping Identity Consultant to design, implement, and optimize enterprise IAM solutions. You will manage PingOne, PingFederate, PingID, PingAccess, and PingDirectory across large-scale environments, ensuring secure SSO, adaptive authentication, and lifecycle governance.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in IAM, strong Ping Identity experience, and hands-on work with SAML/OIDC/OAuth, MFA, and passwordless workflows.

Formación

• 5-8 years of hands-on IAM experience.
• Strong experience with Ping Identity Suite (PingOne, PingFederate, PingID, PingAccess, PingDirectory).
• Expertise in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Experience implementing SSO and Federated Identity solutions.
• Hands-on MFA and passwordless authentication experience.
• Knowledge of adaptive and risk-based authentication.
• Experience with LDAP and Microsoft AD.
• Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege access models.
• IAM governance, compliance, auditing, and access reviews.

• Automate identity workflows using PingOne DaVinci and other orchestration tools.
• Ensure IAM platform availability, scalability, security, and performance.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Ping Identity Consultant to support, implement, and optimize enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Ping Identity platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, access governance, and identity lifecycle management within large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Ping Identity solutions including PingOne, PingFederate, PingID, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
• Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and access modifications.
• Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and secure authentication services.
• Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and passwordless authentication.
• Design and manage adaptive/risk-based authentication policies.
• Implement and govern RBAC and ABAC access control models.
• Integrate enterprise applications with IAM solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Monitor authentication and access logs, supporting compliance and audit requirements.
• Investigate and resolve IAM-related security incidents and access issues.
• Automate identity workflows using PingOne DaVinci and other orchestration tools.
• Ensure IAM platform availability, scalability, security, and performance.

Must-Have Skills

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong experience with Ping Identity Suite (PingOne, PingFederate, PingID, PingAccess, PingDirectory).
• Expertise in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Federated Identity solutions.
• Hands-on experience with MFA and passwordless authentication.
• Strong knowledge of adaptive and risk-based authentication.
• Experience with LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege access models.

• Ability to troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and identity-related issues.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with PingOne DaVinci orchestration and workflow automation.
• Ping Identity or other IAM-related certifications.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Knowledge of API Security and Zero Trust Architecture.
• Exposure to DevOps, automation, and scripting tools (PowerShell/Python).
• Experience integrating IAM solutions within large enterprise ecosystems.
• Previous experience working with Saudi organizations, government entities, or regulated industries.
• Experience working with European companies or global multinational organizations.
