Job summary

Merck Healthcare in Riyadh seeks a commercially minded Trade Channel Associate to support planning and execution across pharmaceutical trade channels. You will strengthen partner relationships, coordinate campaigns, and help deliver channel plans to improve availability, engagement, and performance.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales/trade marketing within pharma/healthcare, with strong Excel/PowerPoint and English communication skills.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, or commercial operations in pharma/healthcare.
Experience with customers, distributors, wholesalers, or trade partners.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for planning and reporting.
Clear written and verbal English communication; local language skills may be required.

Responsibilities

Support development and execution of trade channel plans aligned with objectives.
Coordinate sales activities, campaigns, and initiatives across channels.
Maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, and trade customers.
Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day commercial coordination with partners and internal teams.
Prepare sales updates, channel reports, and performance summaries.
Monitor activities to improve product availability and channel performance.
Assist in customer meetings, business reviews, and action plans.
