Kinetic Business Solutions in Jeddah is recruiting a Trade Marketing Coordinator on a 1-year contract to drive activation across retail and customer channels. You will coordinate POS materials, budgets, and campaigns, liaise with retailers and vendors, and support e-commerce initiatives while monitoring execution and reporting results.

• 2–3 years in marketing, ideally trade marketing in FMCG, retail or luxury.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and own car.
• Excellent English.
• Available for face-to-face interviews in Jeddah.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trade marketing activities across retail and customer channels.
• Support in-store campaigns, promotions and brand visibility initiatives.
• Coordinate POS materials, allocations and logistics.
• Manage marketing quotations, purchase orders, invoices and budgets.
• Coordinate with retailers, vendors and internal teams on campaign execution.
• Support e-commerce campaigns and marketing materials.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor execution and competitor activity.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on trade marketing activities.
• Support planning and execution of new initiatives and projects.
