AstraZeneca is seeking a Tender Manager in Riyadh to lead end-to-end government tender submissions, ensuring regulatory compliance and maximizing contract opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to deliver competitive proposals.

The role requires 3+ years in tender management within pharma, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Analyze and interpret tender requirements ensuring compliance with specifications and eligibility criteria.
• Develop, coordinate and submit high-quality tender documents within deadlines.
• Maintain a comprehensive tender tracking system to monitor progress and deadlines.
• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities in local and international markets.
• Collaborate with sales and business development to align tender strategies with company objectives.
• Prepare documentation including technical proposals, pricing schedules and certifications.
• Ensure submissions comply with legal, regulatory and client-specific requirements.
• Manage and update a library of pre-qualification documents and tender responses.
• Work with procurement, production, regulatory and finance to gather required information for bids.
• Liaise with suppliers, distributors and regulatory bodies for certifications and endorsements.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies; analyze feedback from unsuccessful bids.
