Job summary

Axios International is seeking a Relationship Manager for Pharmaceutical Companies based in Riyadh, KSA. You will manage engagements with pharmaceutical clients, build strategic partnerships, and coordinate with Axios teams to optimize service offerings.

The role requires frequent travel to client sites and industry events. You will lead business development efforts, present proposals, track market trends, and ensure alignment with Axios’ mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field with strong business acumen.
• Experience with pharmaceutical services, consulting, regulatory affairs or patient support programs is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving business development targets in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and regional pharmaceutical markets.
• Capture stakeholder insights and maintain opportunities in the CRM system.
• Present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and regulatory changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in pharma companies.
• Provide regular updates on trends, client feedback and competitive landscape.
• Attend industry events and represent Axios at trade shows and forums.
• Travel frequently to client sites and industry events as required.
