Job summary

Four Principles in Riyadh seeks a People & Culture Associate to strengthen its employer brand and support HR operations for the Saudi team. The role emphasizes talent engagement, university partnerships, and candidate sourcing while ensuring a positive employee experience.

You will report to the People & Culture Director, build local networks, coordinate onboarding, and contribute to a proactive People & Culture strategy in a fast-growing consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–5 years in HR, People & Culture, Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, or related roles.
• Strong networking and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as FP's brand ambassador in the Saudi market and at external events.
• Build relationships with universities, student clubs, and professional networks.
• Support employer branding initiatives across KSA.
• Attend career fairs and industry events to raise FP's market visibility.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through networking and referrals.
• Maintain a pipeline of Saudi talent for current and future roles.
• Coordinate onboarding and employee lifecycle activities for KSA-based staff.
• Provide market insights on talent trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with People & Culture team on attraction strategies.
