Job summary

FP is seeking a highly organized People & Culture Associate to support our growing presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role combines talent engagement, employer branding, and People & Culture operations for the KSA team.

You will act as FP's market ambassador, build relationships with universities and talent networks, manage onboarding/offboarding, and ensure a positive employee experience while coordinating with the People & Culture Director.

Qualifications

• Saudi National
• 2–5 years in HR, People & Culture, Talent Attraction, Employer Branding, Recruitment Coordination or related roles
• Excellent bilingual communication in Arabic and English
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

Responsibilities

• Support talent engagement, employer branding, and talent attraction initiatives across KSA.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities for the KSA-based team.
• Act as a brand ambassador for FP at local events and university engagements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist HR administration tasks.
• Support office logistics, events, and broader People & Culture projects as needed.
• Engage with external stakeholders to strengthen FP's presence in the Saudi market.
