Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Paymaster to ensure accurate, on‑time payroll aligned with hotel policies and local regulations. You will collaborate with Finance and People & Culture to process monthly payroll, verify data, and maintain confidential records while ensuring compliance and timely month‑end closings.

Candidates should have payroll systems experience (Oasys, SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing and related data verification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.
• Good communication and coordination with Finance and People teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Verify salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions and other payroll adjustments.
• Review attendance, leave, sick leave and payroll data before processing.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and system data.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal controls.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and respond to queries promptly.
