Job summary

Talaat Moustafa Group Saudi is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees in Saudi Arabia, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies. The role involves processing payroll through SAP, maintaining payroll records, and coordinating with HR and Finance on payroll matters.

Responsibilities include validating inputs such as basic salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime and attendance; updating SAP Payroll / SAP HCM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Hands-on experience with the SAP system.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and Saudi labor regulations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Review and verify payroll inputs, including salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, leave, and attendance.
• Process payroll through SAP and maintain SAP Payroll / SAP HCM data.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and social insurance (GOSI).
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data.
• Stay updated on changes to payroll regulations.
• Support audits and provide required payroll documentation.
