Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, ensuring accurate, timely processing and compliance.

You will act as the main liaison between HR, Finance, employees, the U.S. Payroll team, and the third-party provider, and support the rollout of the new payroll system in the region.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of payroll experience; strong Excel skills and familiarity with EOS/WPS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience in Saudi Arabia and/or UAE.
• Experience with a third-party payroll provider and EOS/WPS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly payroll cycle across Saudi Arabia and UAE.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, validations, and reconciliations with the third-party provider.
• Prepare payroll journals and reports for HR, Finance, and management.
• Support deployment of the new payroll system across the Middle East region.

Education
