Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and payroll administration.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, benefits, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with HRIS platforms or payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time according to schedules.
• Review and verify time records, hours, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other payroll information.
• Calculate wages, deductions, taxes, benefits, and other payroll adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.
• Process changes: hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes.
• Ensure payroll data is entered correctly into systems.
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, benefits, and records.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance to resolve payroll issues.
• Prepare payroll reports and documentation.
• Assist with payroll tax filings and compliance.
• Maintain meticulous records of payroll transactions and supporting docs.
• Support payroll audits with requested reports.
• Monitor payroll deadlines and ensure timely completion.
• Stay updated on payroll policies and regulations.
