Job summary

Diaverum AB is seeking a patient support associate in the Ta'if region of Saudi Arabia to assist with front-desk duties and patient flow within the clinic. The role involves greeting patients, guiding them to the treatment area, and ensuring comfort during visits.

You will coordinate with the care team, manage basic patient needs, and help with asset handling and consumables delivery to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive patient at the clinic's main entrance and escort them to the treatment area
• Show a welcoming attitude to the patient and the patient's family
• Respectfully prevent family members from entering the treatment area
• Assist with patient needs and meal distribution as per the schedule
• Assist patient’s medication delivery as well as documentation requirements
• Keep clinic equipment/assets (e.g. wheelchair) in good shape
• Help with daily delivery of consumables from warehouse to the treatment area
