Job summary

Taib is a leading home healthcare company in Saudi Arabia seeking a Nurse to join its Medical Operations team. The role focuses on delivering professional nursing care during home visits, assessing patients, and implementing care plans in collaboration with physicians.

You will administer treatments, educate patients and families, and promote safe, compassionate care while ensuring adherence to infection control and CBAHI standards within a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
• Valid classification and registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
• Previous experience in home health care is a must.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions during home visits.
• Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other prescribed treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patients with chronic illnesses and post-hospitalization needs.
• Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication administration, and preventive care.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and report concerns to the attending physician.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and visit documentation.
• Provide emotional support and promote patient comfort and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations including CBAHI.
