Ideal candidates are Indian nationals currently residing in Jeddah with at least 1 year of experience in a call center or similar role and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Must be an Indian national currently residing in Jeddah on a valid visa.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers.
• Listen to customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting individual and team targets.
• Follow communication scripts and protocols when interacting with customers.
• Keep records of all interactions and transactions with customers.
• Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
