PepsiCo Inc. in Saudi Arabia seeks a Packaging Supervisor to translate production plans into actionable steps on the packaging line. You will oversee operators and packers, ensure quality packets and cases, and drive efficiency while training the team.

You'll maintain GMP standards, use Colos/SAP programs, and lead ongoing improvements to meet safety and productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Strong computer literacy, especially MS Office.
• Ability to supervise and train operators and packers.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the production plan for each shift and ensure schedule adherence.
• Supervise operators and verify work quality.
• Conduct trainings for subordinates at least annually.
• Drive line improvements and control costs within the team.
• Attend meetings and trainings regularly.
• Evaluate subordinates' performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure line efficiency targets and material efficiency goals are met.
• Maintain equipment and GMP cleanliness; report health hazards.
