Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in supply chain role with experience in cross-functional positions preferably in warehouse business.
• Understand and follow the business vision and align actions accordingly.
• Quick adaptability to new technologies and willingness to improve technical skills.
• Work with motivation, enthusiasm and ability to work with supervision.
• Good English communication in both written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Daily and month end inventory reconciliation.
• Follow with AGRO and MRP offloading plan within the process flow.
• Daily task checklist and daily tour checklist to be followed.
• Keep warehouses compliant with AIB standards.
• Report near misses and assist reporting crew.
• Receiving and issuance accuracy.
• Take over shift details and pending work from previous shift.
• Daily document flow filling and follow up.
• Coordinate with Quality for shipment documentation flow.
• PIT inspection and follow up with fleet for pre-maintenance.
• Allocate jobs to dispatchers, labourers and forklift operators.
• Carry out daily physical count for inventory reconciliation.
• Follow hygiene process and checklist coverage.
• Coordinate with forklift operator for FEFO storage changes.
• Handover shift with complete tasks and special instructions.
• Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained and maintenance recorded.
• Participate in EHS MS improvements and target achievement.
