Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year of packing machine experience, a basic communication ability, and a proactive attitude. ITI or Diploma graduates with relevant qualifications are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of packing machine experience.
• ITI or Diploma graduate preferred.
• Basic communication skills required.
• Good working attitude requested.
• Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging lines and equipment to meet production targets and maximize line efficiency.
• Conduct hourly process control checks and participate in quality wall meetings.
• Maintain equipment hygiene and ensure GMP standards; produce quality products.
• Monitor material usage, wastage, and efficiency; report issues to direct managers.
• Coordinate and report equipment maintenance; manage line workers and housekeeping.
• Support IPS and food safety audits; ensure energy resources are used efficiently.
• Contribute to OH&S management system improvements and report workplace hazards.
