Job summary

Afaq Q Tech General Trading in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Category Manager for Amazon Now to oversee the non-fresh category for the q-commerce service. You will collaborate with internal Amazon teams to ensure the right selection, pricing, promos, and growth targets are met.

You will own the P&L after launches, drive profitability initiatives, and partner with Retail, Ops, and Advertising to maximize value for Prime customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership.
• 5+ years in retail, operations, product or program management or consulting with negotiations and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Support Category leader to drive strategic initiatives and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Retail Leaders to optimize selection mix and drive top/bottom-line results.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve inputs like selection, profitability, pricing, and availability.
• Own the P&L post-launch and drive profitability with key stakeholders.
