Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager in the Riyadh region to lead the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and alignment with brand standards.

You will supervise the outlet team, monitor service quality, manage staffing and costs, coordinate with kitchen and other departments, and prepare reports to support budgeting and revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the assigned outlet.
• Lead, coach, and support the outlet team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, stock levels, and operating costs.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare operational reports and support budgeting and revenue objectives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager.

Job description

• Under the general guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage or their delegate, and within the limits of InterContinental Hotels Group policies and procedures, manage the daily operations of the assigned food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, achieving financial and operational objectives, leading the team, and maintaining the highest service and brand standards. Promote the desired work culture around the five core values of Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team, and Service of the InterContinental Hotels Group and the brand ethos.
