• 7+ years of warehousing and logistics experience in the food/restaurant sector.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve warehouse receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes.
• Ensure stock accuracy, product quality, and proper storage conditions.
• Oversee delivery planning, routing, fleet, drivers, and vehicle operations.
• Monitor warehouse and transportation performance through KPIs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and government requirements.
• Manage vendor and supplier coordination and communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, space utilization, and transportation costs.
• Ensure safety, organization, and continuous process improvement across operations.
