Job summary

Nahdi is seeking a Category Manager to support the Category Head in driving product lifecycle, supplier coordination, pricing, and promotional activities within a defined category. The role focuses on ensuring profitable sales, optimal inventory, and effective store fulfilment through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of retail or FMCG experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or category management roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product lifecycle management and category strategy development.
• Support product selection, listing/delisting, and performance tracking based on sales data.
• Coordinate with suppliers, prepare proposals, and support Joint Business Planning (JBP).
• Contribute to pricing, promotions, and in-store activations; monitor effectiveness.
