ABB is seeking a senior OT Cybersecurity leader for IMEA to drive technical sales support, solution design, and delivery governance across the region. You will act as the primary technical authority, shape the roadmap, and collaborate with sales, OPCs, and product teams to expand ABB’s cybersecurity portfolio.

Role requires extensive OT cybersecurity experience, cross-region engagement, and the ability to lead end-to-end customer lifecycle from discovery to deployment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience of cyber security in industrial automation, OT cybersecurity, digital solutions or related industrial technologies.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, DCS, PLC, SCADA and OT environments.
• Experience supporting regional or multi-country business development activities.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and multiple IMEA markets.
• You hold current valid Driving licenses in UAE.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the IMEA technical authority for ABB OT Cybersecurity solution.
• Contributing to the software product roadmap and portfolio through suggesting new features, functionality, and variants.
• Managing the end-to-end technical sales support to identify the customer’s needs and develop, demonstrate, and articulate the features of the digital solution and their ability to meet the needs.
• Orchestrating all stages of the end-to-end customer lifecycle including digital opportunity identification and qualification, discovery and value engineering, solution blueprinting, point of contact/pilot, solution deployment, and post go-live operations/support.
• Driving consistent development of digital solutions and processes and ensuring client requirements / needs are met in a timely manner.
• Develop qualified opportunity pipelines across Energy, Water, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining and Process Industries.
