Job summary

Accenture Middle East is seeking an experienced OT cybersecurity consultant to support delivery across advisory, design, and hands-on implementation for industrial environments in the region.

You will work with OT engineering, IT, and vendor teams to translate business needs into secure, field-ready architectures, aligned with IEC 62443 and NIST frameworks, participating in workshops, architecture designs, and security testing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cybersecurity experience with strong OT/ICS exposure.
• Hands-on experience in OT security design, implementation and testing.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into practical secure solutions.

About the Role

Support the delivery of OT cybersecurity engagements across consulting engineering architecture design and implementation The role combines advisory expertise with hands-on technical delivery working with clients OT teams OEMs and technology vendors to design and implement practical secure OT environments

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end OT cybersecurity engagements across assessment strategy architecture engineering design and implementation
• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity gap risk and security assessments across industrial environments
• Design and engineer OT cybersecurity solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices
• Develop detailed OT security architectures network designs security controls technical specifications and implementation plans
• Support the implementation and configuration of OT security technologies including network segmentation firewalls secure remote access asset visibility monitoring vulnerability management and security controls
• Participate in technical design workshops solution engineering system integration testing commissioning and handover activities
• Work directly with OT engineering IT and cybersecurity teams to translate business and operational requirements into secure technical solutions
• Work with OT OEMs system integrators and technology vendors to design integrate and validate cybersecurity solutions
• Apply relevant OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks including IEC 62443 NIST NERC CIP and ISO 27001 27019
• Develop technical deliverables including HLD LLD security architectures design documents technical specifications assessment reports and implementation documentation
• Support client workshops technical presentations demonstrations and stakeholder engagements
• Contribute to proposals RFP responses solution development and new OT cybersecurity offerings
• Stay current with emerging OT technologies cybersecurity threats standards and engineering practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting system integration testing commissioning and operational handover is highly desirable
• Relevant certifications such as GICSP ISA IEC 62443 CISSP CISM or equivalent are desirable
• Experience in energy oil amp gas utilities manufacturing or other critical infrastructure environments is preferred

Required Qualifications

4+ years of cybersecurity experience, with significant exposure to OT/ICS cybersecurity. Proven experience in OT cybersecurity consulting, engineering, design, and implementation. Practical understanding of OT/ICS architectures, industrial networks, protocols, control systems, and engineering environments. Hands-on experience designing or implementing OT security solutions and technologies. Experience working with OT OEMs, system integrators, and industrial technology vendors. Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST, and other relevant OT cybersecurity standards. Experience developing HLD/LLD, network/security architectures, technical designs, and implementation specifications. Strong analytical, technical, communication, and client-facing skills. Ability to work across both advisory and hands-on engineering environments, translating cybersecurity requirements into implementable solutions.
