Job summary

Accenture PLC in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced OT cybersecurity professional to deliver advisory and hands-on engineering across assessment, strategy, architecture, and implementation. Qualifications

• 4+ years of cybersecurity experience with OT/ICS exposure.
• Experience in OT cybersecurity consulting, engineering, design and implementation.

• Experience with OT OEMs, integrators and industrial vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end OT cybersecurity engagements across assessment, strategy, architecture, engineering, design and implementation.
• Conduct OT cybersecurity maturity, gap, risk and security assessments across industrial environments.
• Design and engineer OT cybersecurity solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop detailed OT security architectures, network designs, security controls, technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Support the implementation and configuration of OT security technologies, including network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, asset visibility, monitoring, vulnerability management, and security controls.
• Participate in technical design workshops, solution engineering, system integration, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Work directly with OT, engineering, IT and cybersecurity teams to translate business and operational requirements into secure technical solutions.
• Work with OT OEMs, system integrators and technology vendors to design, integrate and validate cybersecurity solutions.
• Apply relevant OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks, including IEC 62443, NIST, NERC CIP, and ISO 27001/27019.
• Develop technical deliverables including HLD/LLD, security architectures, design documents, technical specifications, assessment reports and implementation documentation.
• Support client workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations and stakeholder engagements.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, solution development and new OT cybersecurity offerings.
• Stay current with emerging OT technologies, cybersecurity threats, standards and engineering practices.

About the Role

Support the delivery of OT cybersecurity engagements across consulting, engineering, architecture, design, and implementation. Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of cybersecurity experience, with significant exposure to OT/ICS cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in OT cybersecurity consulting, engineering, design, and implementation.
• Practical understanding of OT/ICS architectures, industrial networks, protocols, control systems, and engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing OT security solutions and technologies.
• Experience working with OT OEMs, system integrators, and industrial technology vendors.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST, and other relevant OT cybersecurity standards.
• Experience developing HLD/LLD, network/security architectures, technical designs, and implementation specifications.
• Strong analytical, technical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work across both advisory and hands-on engineering environments, translating cybersecurity requirements into implementable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting system integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications such as GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are desirable.
• Experience in energy, oil & gas, utilities, manufacturing, or other critical infrastructure environments is preferred.
