Job summary

ABB Electrification seeks an experienced OT security professional to join our global team. You will support OT security operations across worldwide factories and sites, bridging global services with country IS teams to ensure cohesive management.

You will onboard OT devices to IDS platforms (Nozomi, Claroty), manage assets in SNOW, drive vulnerability remediation, asset visibility, and compliance with ISA/IEC 62443 and NIST CSF. A hybrid onsite model applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Control Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5+ years of OT/ICS security experience.
• At least 3 years with OT IDS platforms such as Nozomi Networks or Claroty.
• Experience with IT Service Management tools, including ServiceNow.
• Experience in vulnerability management within OT/ICS environments.
• Experience overseeing OT security programs within manufacturing or other industrial settings.
• Experience working across multiple countries and cultures in a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Onboard OT devices onto IDS platforms (Nozomi, Claroty) and configure OT security modules in ServiceNow for asset and incident management.
• Coordinate with country IS teams and factory operations to minimize disruption during onboarding.
• Analyze vulnerability reports from IDS platforms and coordinate remediation with factory and country IS teams.
• Maintain OT asset inventories across IDS platforms and ServiceNow.
• Support periodic OT security assessments, compliance checks, and audits.
• Provide weekly status updates and develop monthly OT security dashboards for senior management.
• Engage with global OT security services, country IS teams, and factory operations to align activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, vulnerability management, and reporting workflows.
• Ensure activities comply with ABB policies and audit readiness.
