Job summary

Rosewood Hotels and Resorts in Saudi Arabia seeks an Ordertaker for its In Villa Dining team. You will be the first point of contact for guests requesting In Villa Dining services, providing expert menu guidance and coordinating with the wider Food & Beverage team.

You will deliver warm, personalised service, manage guest requests with accuracy, and help create memorable dining experiences while upholding luxury standards and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality sales.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage products and ability to recommend menu options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service through professional and engaging telephone interactions.
• Provide accurate menu recommendations including dietary allergen and preference-based guidance.
• Drive revenue opportunities through effective suggestive selling and promotion of hotel dining experiences.
• Coordinate guest requests special deliveries and VIP requirements to ensure seamless service execution.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of In Villa Dining offerings daily specials and hotel promotions.
• Uphold Rosewood and LQA standards while ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and service expectations.

As part of our In Villa Dining team you will report to the In Room Dining Supervisor and serve as the primary communication link between guests and the dining operation The team is dedicated to creating personalised luxury dining experiences through exceptional service attention to detail and operational excellence

COULD THIS BE YOU?

You have proven experience within Food & Beverage operations, guest service, order taking, or hospitality sales. You possess strong knowledge of food and beverage products and are confident recommending menu options to guests. You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in English. You are highly organised and able to manage multiple guest requests with accuracy and attention to detail. You are comfortable using point-of-sale systems and have sound numerical and administrative skills. You are passionate about luxury hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
