Job summary

Aventus is seeking an Oracle Techno-Functional SME (HR) for an on-site Riyadh engagement on a 3-month contract renewable. The role bridges HR business processes with Oracle technical implementation.

You will provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules, work with Oracle Database (SQL/PLSQL), and help resolve issues while optimizing HR processes. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL, troubleshooting).
• Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systems.
• Ability to work on-site for the full contract duration.
• Immediate or short-notice availability (Already holding IQAMA).
• Solid knowledge in EBS.

Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules.
• Perform hands-on Oracle Database work — queries, troubleshooting, performance tuning.
