Job summary

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist (Saudi National) to lead design and delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for the client team on a full-time basis.

The role requires 2–5+ years of ERP/HRIS experience with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion HCM, hands-on experience with OIC, HDL, PBL, OTBI, and BI Publisher, and a proven track record of end-to-end implementations.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years experience in ERP/HRIS Enterprise Applications.
• Oracle Fusion HCM experience: 2+ years with implementations.
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist to join our client team on a full-time basis.

As an Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist, you will Lead and design technical and functional solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM, drive pre-sales activities, and deliver best-in-class HR digital transformation strategies tailored to client requirements.

1. Technical Skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM Expertise: Deep domain knowledge across core and advanced HCM modules, including:
  • Global Human Resources (Core HR)
  • Payroll
  • Talent Management & Recruiting (ORC)
  • Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Benefits
• Integration & Reporting: Hands-on experience with Oracle tools:
  • Integrations: OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), HDL (HCM Data Loader), and PBL.
  • Reporting: OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
• Cloud & Security:
  • Strong knowledge of security architecture, custom role mapping, data privacy, and compliance standards.

3. Experience

• Total Experience: 2–5+ years in ERP/HRIS Enterprise Applications.
• Oracle Fusion HCM Experience: 2+ years focused specifically on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Track Record: Proven record of leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

4. Soft Skills

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills tailored to HR operations.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
