Job summary

Devoteam International in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP transformation programs across multiple sectors. You will oversee planning, design, deployment, cutover, hypercare and stabilization while coordinating with governance, stakeholders and vendors.

The candidate should have 12+ years in project and program management, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience, and strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in project and program management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP transformations across multiple sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programs
• Manage project scope schedule budget risks dependencies and delivery governance
• Oversee cutover planning go-live execution hypercare and coexistence strategy
• Manage environment and instance planning release management and testing governance
• Coordinate data migration reconciliation and business readiness activities
• Lead stakeholder engagement vendor management and executive reporting
• Ensure compliance with PMO governance and telecom industry standards
• Support organizational change management training and user adoption activities
