Job summary

Devoteam International in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP transformation programs across multiple sectors. You will oversee planning, design, deployment, cutover, hypercare and stabilization while coordinating with governance, stakeholders and vendors.

The candidate should have 12+ years in project and program management, hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience, and strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP transformation programs experience across different sectors is considered an advantage The role will be responsible for managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations across multiple workstreams ensuring successful delivery from planning and design through deployment cutover hypercare and operational stabilization The Project Manager will oversee project governance stakeholder and vendor management risk and resource management testing data migration release management and organizational change activities while ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational requirements

Key Responsibilities

12+ years of experience in project and program management, with a proven track record of leading complex transformation initiatives. Strong hands‑on experience in Oracle Corporation Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations. Proven experience managing large-scale ERP transformation programs across multiple sectors and enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt delivery approaches based on project needs. Extensive expertise in ERP governance, cutover planning and execution, testing management, data migration, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification SAFe Oracle Cloud ERP Certification ITIL COBIT
