Job summary

bTranz Software Solutions is seeking an Oracle FLEXCUBE Technical Support Consultant (L2/L3) for WFO in Al Kobar, KSA. The role focuses on providing L2/L3 support for Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking applications, troubleshooting production issues, analyzing logs and database errors, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely resolution.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE 14.x Core Banking, CASA, IC, GL modules, and a strong background in SQL/PLSQL data

Qualifications

• Oracle FLEXCUBE and core banking knowledge.
• Experience with L2/L3 production support and incident management.
• Experience in troubleshooting Oracle FLEXCUBE applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle FLEXCUBE applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Analyze application logs, database errors, and transaction failures.
• Support CASA, IC, GL, EOD, OBPM, OBBRN, and OBMA modules.
• Perform SQL/PLSQL data analysis and fixes.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
• Monitor and support EOD batch processing activities.
