The role demands strong troubleshooting, Arabic and English communication, and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, SQL/PLSQL, and reporting. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design enhancements, and maintain user guides.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience managing Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Experience in customization, integration, and system upgrades.
• Experience in Information Systems Analysis.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate Oracle E-Business Suite financial and administrative systems.
• Manage system customizations and configurations.
• Manage integrations with internal systems.
• Configure integration with relevant external platforms.
• Extract system statistics and information upon request.
• Build reports based on business needs.
• Gather and analyze user requirements for new services.
• Prioritize business requirements and coordinate stakeholder review and approval.
• Manage planning and design activities for system enhancements and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain system user guides.
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting system users.
• Resolve incidents escalated from first-level support.
