Job summary

PiLog is seeking an experienced Oracle eAM Functional Expert to lead design validation and implementation of Asset Hierarchy and BOM within Oracle eAM. You will validate engineering and maintenance master data, support data migration, and ensure seamless integration of asset and spare part data with Oracle eAM.

The role requires strong functional expertise in Asset Hierarchy, Parent-Child relationships, and collaboration across business and IT teams during deployment.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of hands-on Oracle EBS/eAM experience.
• Proven expertise in Asset Hierarchy, Asset BOM, and data migration.
• Experience with multi-level asset hierarchies and PM/maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate multi-level Asset Hierarchies in Oracle eAM.
• Design and validate Asset BOM structures and material relationships.
• Lead data migration activities including FBDI templates for assets and BOMs.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and IT during deployment and testing.
• Provide functional governance for asset master data and engineering data standards.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle eAM Functional Expert to lead the design validation and implementation of Asset Hierarchy Asset Bill of Materials BOM and Enterprise Asset Management EAM solutions The successful candidate will be responsible for defining asset structures validating engineering and maintenance master data supporting data migration activities and ensuring seamless integration of asset and spare parts data into Oracle eAM The role requires strong functional expertise in Oracle eAM Asset Hierarchy Parent Asset relationships Rebuildable Asset registration Asset BOM management and collaboration with business and technical teams during implementation and deployment strong

Key Responsibilities

• Define and validate the approach for creating and maintaining multi-level Asset Hierarchies within Oracle eAM Design review and validate Asset Bill of Materials BOM structures and material component relationships


• Configure and validate Parent-Child Asset Relationships Asset Groups Functional Locations and Equipment Structures


• Guide the preparation validation and review of FBDI File-Based Data Import templates for Asset and BOM data migration


• Support functional design requirements for Asset BOM creation updates and maintenance within Oracle eAM


• Validate engineering and maintenance master data against Oracle eAM standards and organizational data governance policies


• Coordinate with technical engineering maintenance and IT teams during data migration testing system validation and production deployment


• Provide functional guidance to BOM Engineers QC Engineers and Master Data teams on Asset Hierarchy Asset BOM and engineering data standards


• Review mandatory fields asset relationships material associations effectivity dates and rebuildable asset configurations


• Support User Acceptance Testing UAT system integration testing and production readiness activities


• Prepare functional specifications process documentation user guides and knowledge transfer materials


• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Asset Management EAM best practices and organizational asset management standards


• Participate in project planning design workshops solution reviews and stakeholder discussions

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Maintenance and Oracle Fusion Assets modules


• Knowledge of Material Master Management Spare Parts Cataloguing Asset Registration and Engineering Data Management


• Experience in Oil amp Gas Petrochemical Water Utilities Power Manufacturing Mining or Heavy Industrial sectors


• Experience working on large-scale Asset Management transformation or ERP implementation projects GCC or Middle East project experience will be an added advantage

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Oracle EBS Minimum 35 years of hands‑on functional experience in Oracle eAM Asset Hierarchy Asset BOM Asset Master Data or Maintenance Management projects


• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Information Technology Computer Science or a related discipline


• Strong understanding of Enterprise Asset Management business processes


• Ability to work full-time onsite in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia KSA


• Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering Maintenance Asset Management Procurement and IT stakeholders

• This role focuses on functional consulting and is not responsible for technical development or custom API programming


• The role is not responsible for mass BOM extraction which is handled by the Engineering BOM team The role is not responsible for Material Master creation but will validate Material Master integration and Asset-BOM relationships Responsible for providing functional leadership solution validation Asset Hierarchy design Asset BOM governance and ensuring successful Oracle eAM implementation
